A polyphonic symphony of glances on the world that simmers. Palazzo Collicola Visual Arts offers different exhibits in different directions ranging from nations, languages and themes of strong ethical importance. On the Noble Floor the installations of the American Eugene Lemay are distributed, crossing themes of burning issues with his personal story. Andrea Pacanowski on the Exhibition Floor proposes photographs of pure pictorial energy, a series of crowds on the theme of the three religious monotheisms, three global realities that are transformed into geometric rhythm, chromatic harmony, figurative balance. Giorgio Ortona, also on the Exhibition Floor, leads us into his skinny, analytical painting, a figurative reflection on the profound structures that regulate man, the city and objects. Again on the Exhibition Floor with the Israeli artist Yigal Ozeri, author of amazing feminine portraits of seductive pictorial hyperrealism. Giuseppe Pulvirenti (in collaboration with Valentina Bonomo) on the Collicola Collection Floor, presents an exhibition of mysterious sculptures, small objects of cerebral rigor and a metaphysical heart. In the other rooms of the Collection there will be the artistic jewels by Giorgio Facchini (and of great artists like Calder, Fontana, Lichtenstein, Picasso ...) that create an effective dialogue with different works of the permanent collection. ROBERTA PIZZORNO arrives in the Sten&Lex room with her India ink drawings and dreamlike watercolors.
At the Casa Romana, the presence of the Campano duo Ttozoi, just back from the successes at the Royal Palace of Caserta and the Archaeological Excavations of Pompeii: their exhibition, produced with the biological principle of natural molds, is installed in the venue with immense perfection. Toru Hamada, a Japanese artist who will exhibit at Palazzo Collicola next autumn, will bring a marble sculpture to Spoleto, in front of the Teatro Nuovo, thus entering the outdoor sculpture circuit.
Finally, dominating at the entrance to the museum, the installation by DAVID POMPILI dedicated to the important faces of Spoleto, a tribute that resembles a beautiful cloud between memory and future.
