THE ’MAHMOOD OF TWO WORLDS’ CONCERT MOVED FROM PIAZZA DUOMO TO THE TEATRO NUOVO GIAN CARLO MENOTTI DUE TO UNFAVORABLE WEATHER FORECAST

The concert by the singer Mahmood, scheduled for Wednesday, July 10th at 21:45 in Piazza Duomo in Spoleto, will be held instead, on the same date and time, at the Teatro Nuovo Gian Carlo Menotti, due to an unfavorable weather forecast that would prevent the staging of the event in the Piazza and seriously jeopardize its execution.

’SANTO CHIODO IN SPOLETO’ GUIDED TOURS TO THE HOSPITAL OF THE WORKS OF ART DAMAGED BY THE EARTHQUAKE

The Festival of Two Worlds and the Museum Center of Umbria have made an agreement for the reciprocal promotion on tickets for the show with Corrado Augias dedicated to Lucrezia Borgia and on admission tickets for the Rocca Albornoz-National Museum of the Duchy of Spoleto, where Lucrezia stayed in 1499 as Governor of the town.

PRESENTED THE SPOLETO 62 PROGRAM AT THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE IN ROME

The artistic director of the Festival of 2 Worlds Giorgio Ferrara presented today, to the national press, the program of the 62nd edition, at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities in Rome, flanked by the Under Secretary of State Gianluca Vacca and the President of the Festival Foundation and Mayor of Spoleto Umberto De Augustinis. The MiBAC General Manager for the Live Show, Onofrio Cutaia, attended the conference as well. Among the members of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, the vice-president Dario Pompili and the councilor Maria Teresa Venturini Fendi took part. A presentation to the Umbrian press was also held yesterday at the Teatro Nuovo Gian Carlo Menotti in Spoleto.

WITH ’LE NOZZE DI FIGARO’ IN NOVARA AND RAVENNA, THE TRILOGY IS COMPLETED!

With the resuming of "Le nozze di Figaro" on stage at the Teatro Coccia in Novara on Friday, February 15th and Sunday, February 17th and at the Teatro Dante Alighieri in Ravenna on Friday, February 22nd and Sunday, February 24th, the Mozart-Da Ponte trilogy co-produced in 2015 by the Teatro Coccia in Novara, the Ravenna Festival and the Festival of Two Worlds in Spoleto, has completed this season.
