The “Paolo Ettorre–Socially Correct” association was founded to continue Paolo Ettorre’s commitment to cause-related marketing, through an annual competition addressed to students studying communications, for the development of a campaign on a social issue. The winning creative couple are awarded an internship in the creative department of the Saatchi & Saatchi advertising agency. The objective of the XIII edition of the competition is to create a public awareness campaign on the value of Paediatric Palliative Care (PPC), aimed at supporting families with children suffering from incurable diseases, claiming their right to access to PPC and to the development of a territorial assistential network in all Italian regions. The campaign is in support of the project promoted by the Maruzza Foundation, to not leave alone the approximately thirty thousand children in our country who suffer from an incurable disease, of which today only 5% have access to care to alleviate their physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual suffering, which are, for them and their families, a right provided for by law.
