An event dedicated to Federico García Lorca, Spanish poet, playwright and theatre director, and a leading figure in the arts scene of the early 1900s. With the participation of Laura García Lorca, the writer’s granddaughter, and Juan Carlos Reche, director of the Instituto Cervantes in Rome, the meeting highlights the bond between García Lorca and Italy, with a focus on his theatrical production in this country, and the role of music in Lorca’s dramaturgy.
