MAG - Metamorphosis Art Gallery, hosts the exhibition Canova. Grace and Beauty, a 'careful selection of works: 31 among drawings, monochromes, plaster casts and engravings, flanked from a valuable collection of 11 handwritten letters that testify to the intense and fruitful bond between the Venetian artist and Umbria. In the splendid setting of Piazza Duomo, the exhibition introduces the public to the great protagonist of neoclassical art through works from the Museo Civico in Bassano del Grappa that constitute an unparalleled patrimony for probing the artist's design moment and ideas "in the moment they are formed," but which also emanate, in themselves, a rare and exciting visual power.
